The teenager killed in a suspected DUI crash near Los Osos Wednesday evening has been identified as 18-year-old Jackson Garland from Los Osos. Garland, who graduated from high school just two weeks ago, was killed when his car was hit head on by a suspected drunk driver on South Bay Blvd. near Turi Road about 5 p.m. CHP officers say 22-year-old Alexander Gonzales of Paso Robles, was arrested on suspicion of DUI following the accident. Garland was pronounced dead at the scene.Gonzales, who is facing DUI and manslaughter charges, was released from the hospital Thursday and booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail. Bail is set at $100,000.
