Toxicology Report Of 21 Year Old Drowning Victim Released

 The Coroner's Unit of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office is releasing the toxicology results of 21-year-old Stefan James Wagner of Fresno. Wagner was reported missing on 6-20-13 after disappearing in the waters off Montana de Oro State Park. On 6-28-13, Wagner's body was found in the water in the same area where he was reported missing. Coroner's investigators are listing the cause of death as a salt-water drowning due to multi-substance intoxication. The results show Wagner was under the influence of alcohol, marijuana and a designer drug called 2C-E which is considered to be a drug with psychedelic properties. This case is still under investigation.
