On Tuesday, investigators with the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office Gang Task Force and Narcotics Unit responded to the Budget Inn in San Luis Obispo on a tip regarding a narcotics operation.
After contacting several people in a hotel room, investigators found approximately 6 ounces of heroin, along with a small amount of methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia.
As a result, three people were arrested. 30-year-old Lance Anthony Lodolo was arrested for possession of heroin for sale and committing a felony while out on felony bail. 36-year-old Clifton Puett and 33-year-old Alichia Renee Starnes were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Also seized was 1,700 dollars, a digital scale, a meth pipe and a samurai sword. The street value of the heroin is estimated at 9,000 dollars.
