Santa Maria Man Sentenced To Four Years In State Prison For Child Pornography

A Santa Maria man was sentenced to four years in state prison Monday in connection with possessing and distributing child pornography. Allen Loya, 32, was sentenced to four years in state prison, and as part of his plea agreement, he has to register as a sex offender for life. The Santa Barbara County District Attorney and the Los Angeles Area “Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force” worked together for the past two years to build a case against Loya.
