San Miguel, CA — A San Miguel man died in a roll over crash Monday night on Highway 101 north of San Marcos Road. 28-year-old Fernando Santiago was apparently driving under the influence of alcohol when he drove into the center median of the freeway, lost control of his Toyota 4-Runner, and rolled twice.
He was ejected from his vehicle. The CHP says he was not wearing his seatbelt.
