Power Restored After Outage In Avila

Power has been restored to Avila Valley residents who went in the dark after a downed electrical line in Avila Beach caused a very small vegetation fire Sunday evening.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. on Avila Beach Drive and Ontario Road, near the Bob Jones Trail.  Officials say the road was closed.  

CAL FIRE had crews on the scene and says PG&E was called out.
