San Luis Obispo, CA -- If you live in San Luis Obispo, you’re running out of time to get your weeds under control. Folks living within city limits are required to have their weeds, dead trees and debris cleared from their property by Wednesday, June 1. City leaders say that includes mowing overgrown lawns four inches or taller, removing cut weeds and dead trees, and getting rid of accumulated trash and debris. Noncompliance could result in a misdemeanor citation, in which the homeowner would have to appear in court.
