SLO PD Holding DUI Checkpoint Tonight

 San Luis Obispo -- Avoid the 14 this Saint Patty’s Day. At least one DUI checkpoint will be held tonight from 9 o’clock until 3 o’clock tomorrow morning. San Luis Obispo Police want to convey that drinking and driving is the entire community’s problem. Motorists will be screened as the pass through the checkpoint. If you’re found drunk you’ll be arrested and your license suspended. If you’re driving without a valid license, your car will be impounded. If you drink, don’t drive; designate, call for a ride, or walk.
