Local Candy Warning: May Do More Than Cause Cavities

 Santa Barbara County -- According to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department, “some candy may do more than cause cavities.” On Wednesday of last week, deputies made several arrests at two illegal marijuana dispensaries in Goleta and Summerland.
During the raid they seized more than 130 pot plants as well as 20 lbs of processed marijuana for sale. They also seized a large amount of edible marijuana products including, lollipops, candy bars, cookies, brownies and truffles. There’s a possibility these products, or similar products, could end up in the hand of juveniles.
