Cal Poly Delays Fraternity Rush

 San Luis Obispo -- Cal Poly fraternities won’t be rushing in the fall anymore. In an attempt to curb party situations like the hazing incident that killed Carson Starkey in 2008, the university decided to delay rushing on new members until the second quarter.
