Tide Pool Death Ruled Suicide

 Shell Beach -- The Hispanic man found dead in the tide pools off Shell Beach Monday killed himself. His death was originally deemed suspicious because his body had signs of trauma that were inconsistent. However an autopsy yesterday determined those signs were unrelated to the incident. The man was found wearing only his shoes at about noon Monday. His wallet and shorts were found about 400 yards away. Law enforcement hasn’t released his name at this time.
