All Is Well With Highway 46 Expansion

 Paso Robles -- The Highway 46 expansion from Airport Road to Geneseo Road in Paso Robles is on time and under budget. The project includes the use of reclaimed concrete from a local landfill, and an animal crossing underneath one of the bridges.
The project should be completed by the end of 2010.
