Sheriff’s deputies responded to a frantic emergency call from a Los Osos man. Just before seven o’clock in the morning, a man living on the 2000 block of Andre Avenue called 911 and said “he’s shooting at me and trying to kill me!” When the deputies arrived they were able to determine the gunfire came from an adjacent apartment. 28-year-old Jeramie Marino and his girlfriend were arguing when he allegedly fired four shots from a pistol. Officers arrested Marino and seized the pistol, spent casings and an AR-15 rifle with extra loaded magazines. Marino is being held at the San Luis Obispo County in lieu of $250,000 bail.
