Teens Caught Vandalising New Building at Local Park

A young man and three minors spent their Independence Day getting in trouble with the law. 18-year-old Cody Dylan Kelso was found with three teenagers spray painting graffiti onto a new building at Laguna Lake Park. The damage caused by the graffiti amounts to several thousand dollars. Kelso was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail. His bail was set at $10,000. The two 15-year-old girls and a 16-year-old boy were referred to the San Luis Obispo Probation Department. Police are still investigating.
