Neighbors of Indoor Marijuana Growing Operation Complain of Health Problems

Police are saying that equipment used at an illegal marijuana growing operation in a Grover Beach house may have caused health problems for those living nearby. According to The Tribune, the illegal venting system may be to blame. 44-year-old William Halstead was arrested after police allegedly found approximately 100 marijuana plants being grown in his home on Ocean Avenue. The bomb squad also has to remove a military device that was found in his backyard. The case is now in the hands of the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney’s Office.
