Car Crash in Downtown SLO Injures Three & Damages Building



Police are investigating a crash in downtown San Luis Obispo that left three injured. It was just after 7:30 this morning when 30-year-old Maria Gomez ran a stop sign at the intersection of Leff and Chorro Streets and was stuck by a bus. According to The Tribune, the car rolled onto the sidewalk and right into the side of the Salvation Army building. Gomez was found unconscious and bleeding from the head. She later regained consciousness and was taken to French Hospital for treatment. Two bus passengers were taken to Sierra Vista for minor injuries.
