Templeton, CA -- CAL FIRE estimates a house fire in Templeton caused about one million dollars in damages.  The fire happened in the 2300 block of Quail Road in the Hidden Valley Ranch Estates, just after 3:15 a.m. Sunday.
 
CAL FIRE says when firefighters arrived the two story house was engulfed.  The owner of the home was transported to the hospital for evaluation.  The cause is still under investigation.
