San Luis Obispo, CA -- .William McBurney, a local jeweler and employee of "All That Glitters" jewelry store, has been sentenced to 10 days in SLO County jail for obstructing a police officer.  He will also spend two years on probation. 

McBurney was also originally charged with buying stolen property, and running a secondhand business without a license, but he was acquitted of those charges.
