San Luis Obispo, CA -- A bizarre hit and run where both the suspect and the victim were arrested.  The incident happened last Saturday night.

The CHP says 49-year-old Steven York of Morro Bay was pushing his motorcycle northbound on State Route 227 at Los Ranchos Road just before 10 at night when he was hit by a sedan driven by 27-year-old Seth Bowser of San Luis Obispo. The CHP says Bowser didn't see York, and the impact sent them both onto the right-hand shoulder.  The CHP says Bowser took off in the sedan, but returned to turn himself in an hour and a half later.  He was arrested on suspicion of felony hit and run. 

York was taken to the hospital with a broken leg, where investigators say he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.  He was taken into custody on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
