San Luis Obispo, CA -- Detectives from the San Luis Obispo Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team and Investigations Bureau served a search warrant at 1821 Morro Street on January 26.  During the service of the search warrant police Detectives recovered numerous items of stolen property.  Many of the recovered items had recently been reported stolen from residential, commercial, and vehicle burglaries.  In addition to the recovered stolen property illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia were recovered from the location. 
 
A second search warrant revealed additional items of stolen property and illegal drugs from a storage facility being rented by 36-year-old Courtney Vail Cardoza on Santa Fe Road in the County of San Luis Obispo.   During this initial investigation, detectives identified stolen property from five locations in San Luis Obispo, as well as one location in Atascadero and one in Paso Robles. 
 
The investigation involving Cardoza and 35-year-old Ryan Oray Krebs is continuing.  Anyone with information regarding recent criminal activity is asked to call the San Luis Obispo Police Department at 781-7317.
 
Cardoza was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail. Her bail was set at $20,000.00 
Krebs was booked as well.  His bail amount was set at $85,000.00
