A motorcyclist is in the hospital this morning after his bike left the 200 block of Tank Farm Road left the roadway and crashed into a building yesterday morning around seven. 20-year-old Wyatt Chan was thrown from the motorcycle and sustained major injuries. The collision severed a water line inside the building.
Police have not been able to find anyone who witnessed the collision nor do they have an exact time of occurrence. As far as they know, there were no other vehicles involved in this accident. The officers were unable to locate a motorcycle helmet at the scene of the accident and are not sure if Chan was wearing one or not.
Chan was transported to Sierra Vista Hospital and is listed in critical condition.
