Arroyo Grande, CA -- Two teens were arrested last Thursday night for allegedly starting 24 fires in an area north of Oak Park Boulevard, east of James Way, in rural Arroyo Grande. Investigators took 18-year-old Dominic Wefald, of Arroyo Grande and a juvenile into custody.  Both were released to their parents The fires, started at 4 p.m.were extinguished and officials declined to say how they were started, the extent of damages, potential motives and whether additional suspects were involved.The investigation is ongoing.
