Nipomo, CA -- A medial marijuana clinic could be opening up in Nipomo. David Rosenthal has applied to open such a business near the Santa Maria Speedway. The business would also include holistic health services and classes. It would be the second marijuana collective operating in the county.

The planning commission approved plans for Tammy Murray of Oceano to open a collective there. Any appeal to that project must be made to the Board of Supervisors today. Most of the county’s seven cities have rules banning such operations.
