San Luis Obispo, CA -- The city of San Luis Obispo just got a little bit larger. Residents in the Orcutt area yesterday voted to have their neighborhood annexed to the city. The vote was 29-18. This paves the way for millions of dollars from residential and commercial development for the city. 47 of the 55 people allowed to vote did so by mail. The land is located on the southern edge of the city.
