San Luis Obispo, CA -- San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's detectives have arrested a 27-year-old Grover Beach man, Theo Evan Macey, on charges of furnishing a controlled substance to a minor. The minor was his 17-year-old stepsister who coroner's deputies identified as succumbing to a multi-drug overdose. The stepsister was found dead on the morning of May 5th at a home in the 400 block of Amado in Nipomo. Macey is accused of furnishing methadone to the female. Macey remains in custody at the San Luis Obispo County Jail on $60,000.00 bail.
