SLO Police in Search of Four Suspects in Vandalism Case

San Luis Obispo, CA -- SLO Police are looking for suspects in a vandalism case occurring late Monday and early Tuesday of the week. Five businesses were targeted. Several large glass windows that front these businesses were broken out. It appears the windows were shattered with a bb or pellet gun. It’s likely the suspect shot at the windows from the passenger side of a vehicle.

Many businesses utilize video surveillance to deter criminal activity and capture a suspect’s identity. Frequently this video evidence is useful during the course of a police investigation. The police department will be analyzing on site video systems from the victim locations as well as the video systems of near-by businesses to help capture suspect and vehicle identification.

The businesses that sustained damage included: IS Imports, Sandy’s Liquors, Pauls Cleaners, Auto Zone, and the CVS Pharmacy on Marsh. An attempted glass break occurred at Traditional Tattoo as well. Anyone with information regarding these crimes is encouraged to call the San Luis Obispo Police Department or Crimestoppers at 805-549-STOP.
