Paso Robles, CA -- Paso Robles community activist Joe Quiroz died yesterday morning at Mission View Heatlh Center in San Luis Obispo according toe the Tribune. Quiroz served 31 years as program manager and gang specialist with the California Youth Authority and was a Paso Robles School Board member. He suffered a stroke in December has was in ailing health ever since. He was 64-years-old.
