San Luis Obispo, CA -- San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputies say Ronald Owens has been found safe and is at home. The 67-year-old Owens was reported missing after he did not return to his home in Nipomo after being released from county jail last Friday where he had been booked on domestic abuse charges. His wife said he suffers from bipolar disorder and needed his medication.
