Eureka Burger to Open in San Luis Obispo

San Luis Obispo, CA -- A gourmet burger joint set to open this fall in San Luis Obispo will start taking applications early next month. A company spokesperson says Eureka Burger is on track to open the first week in November at the corner of Marsh and Chorro Streets. That's where Corner View Restaurant used to stand. Eureka Burger already has locations in Fresno and Redlands. If you're interested in applying, keep an eye out for a flyer on the building.
