San Luis Obispo, CA -- Missing woman Felisa Lizada of Los Osos, was found at about 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon. She had been missing since 2 o’clock Monday. A K-9 unit found the 62-year-old at the bottom of a creek bed. The Sheriff's Department says she suffered moderate injuries consistent with a fall and was treated. They added that finding her would have taken minutes if she was wearing a tracking device. Project Lifesaver is a service through San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties that tracks people with mental disorders through battery charged wristbands.
