San Luis Obispo, CA -- Supervisor Frank Mecham announced yesterday he intends to pursue a second term as the First District Supervisor. As part of the First District, Mecham primarily represents Templeton, Paso Robles, San Miguel, Shandon, and the Nacimiento and Oak Shore areas. In a statement Michem said, "I am honored and privileged to serve San Luis Obispo County and the folks of the First District."
