Arroyo Grande, CA -- A man is on the loose after allegedly stealing a grocery cart full of alcohol from the Arroyo Grande Albertson's. The store is located on West Branch Street. Albertson's employees claim the burglary happened around 8:30 last night. A man apparently went into the store, loaded up his grocery cart with alcohol and took off. No word yet on any arrests.
