San Luis Obispo, CA -- San Luis Obispo's special election is today, and organizers say about 9,500 of the approximately 24,000 ballots sent out have been returned. It's an all mail-in election on two hot button issues. Measures A and B address binding arbitration for police and firefighter unions and pension reform for all city employees. Officials are hoping for a turnout of more than 50 percent. Your ballot must be received by 8 o’clock tonight to be counted.
