Santa Margarita, CA -- Two doctors have been appointed to the Andrew Downs case. He’s the Atascadero man accused in the Christmas day murders of Beverly Reilly and Kathy Yeager last year in Santa Margarita. Last month, Downs changed his plea to not guilty by reason of inanity. His trail has been pushed back to January of next year.
