Arroyo Grande, CA -- A woman who accused former Arroyo Grande City councilman Ed Arnold of assault is suing him. The woman is seeking damages for physical and emotional pain. She says Arnold attacked her in her home in 2009. Arnold has been sentenced to 270 days in jail as part of a plea agreement on charges of burglary and possession of children’s pornography.
