Registration affidavits are available throughout San Luis Obispo County at Post Offices, City Halls, libraries, and banks as well as the County Clerk-Recorder's office in San Luis Obispo and Atascadero. To be eligible for the Special Election, affidavits must be received or postmarked by today.
