Lake Nacimiento, CA -- The San Luis Obispo County Coroner has identified the Heritage Ranch man who drowned in Lake Nacimiento Wednesday afternoon. The Sheriff's Department says 42-year-old Lucien Mackie Langenbeck died while he was diving off of a pontoon float that was secured to a dock near his home.

Investigators say a neighbor saw Langenbeck dive into the water and not come back to the surface. The neighbor retrieved Langenbeck and commenced CPR. Langenbeck was then taken to Twin Cities Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Foul play is not suspected. The area in which Langenbeck was diving was about eight feet deep.
