Police Still Searching for Stabbing Suspect



San Luis Obispo, CA -- Police are still looking for whoever assaulted three San Luis Obispo men at a party early Sunday morning on Garcia Drive. San Luis Obispo police identified the victims as 20-year-old Joseph Perez, whom they found in the street with a knife wound to his abdomen; 23-year-old Raysean Ford, whose injuries police did not describe; and a 16-year-old boy who had a stab wound to his left forearm.

Police have not named a suspect, but that person, or persons, would be charged with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. The attacks took place just before 3 o’clock in the morning during a birthday party on Garcia Drive. Reportedly, several people called 911.

According to police there was an argument, which led to the stabbings. All three victims were taken to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center. If you have any information that may help detectives, call them at 781-7317 or CrimeStoppers at 549-STOP.
