Los Osos Man Convicted of Murder Among Five Different Counts



Los Osos, CA -- A 34-year-old man was convicted yesterday of murder for orchestrating a home-invasion marijuana robbery in Los Osos two years ago that resulted in the shooting death of one of the conspirators. Ryan Johnson was found guilty by a jury of five counts: first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit robbery, first-degree residential burglary, being a principal in a crime involving being armed with a firearm, and first-degree residential robbery with the enhancement of using a firearm. Johnson is scheduled to be sentenced August 24 in Judge Barry LaBarbera’s courtroom.
