San Luis Obispo, CA -- The new Target across from Costco and Home Depot, in San Luis Obispo is planned to open in less than a week. The 140,000-square-foot store at Prefumo Creek Commons will open Wednesday, July 20, with the official grand opening on July 24. A Mac Superstore in the same shopping center will also be opening next week. Their doors will open on Monday, with a grand opening on July 30.

The Commons is a 16-acre development by Madonna Enterprises on Los Osos Valley Road. Several other stores including an AT&T Wireless store, Dick’s Sporting Goods are already in the works for the development.
