Templeton, CA -- A fire that began in a trailer and spread to nearby vegetation in Templeton was under control by 4:45 yesterday afternoon. The blaze broke out on South Main Street shortly before 2 o’clock. An ember wafted into nearby wild lands and burned two acres before crews had it under control. One bystander suffered a minor injury. About 50 firefighters from County/Cal Fire as well as the Paso and Templeton fire departments fought the blaze. The fire remains under investigation.
