Arroyo Grande, CA -- Former Arroyo Grande city councilman Ed Arnold is scheduled to be sentenced this morning. Last month, Arnold changed his plea to no contest on residential burglary and child pornography charges. He had previously pleaded not guilty. Following his arrest in 2009, police found a video he secretly taped of a teenage girl in the shower of his home. They found it while executing a search warrant. Arnold's sentencing is set for 8:30 this morning.
