Pismo Beach, CA -- Pismo Beach Fire, Cal Fire, and a lifeguard all responded to a report of a trapped woman Tuesday evening. The woman reportedly told authorities she had been walking on the beach near the Shore Cliff Lodge when the tide began coming in. She climbed on top of a rock to escape the water, where she became trapped.
Rescuers were able to get the yet unidentified woman to safety. She was not injured.
