The former nursing director of the intensive care unit at a Templeton hospital, who had been accused of child molestation last year, was accused yesterday of lewd acts with a second child. Prosecutors added new charges against 40-year-old Donald Baker, alleging he committed lewd acts with a second child under the age of 14. Baker pleaded not guilty again after previously entering a not guilty plea to charges that included lewd acts against a first child and possession of child pornography. Baker was remanded to SLO County Jail in court Thursday in lieu of $100,000 bail. Baker is due in court for a preliminary hearing on the new charges on July 19.
