The San Luis Obispo County Coroner has released the names of the two people killed in a vehicle collision in Nipomo Sunday night. County officials say 28-year-old Juan Cruz Tenorio and 26-year-old Jose Oscar Hernandez-Ventura died in the crash off Hutton Road and Joshua Street. Both are Santa Maria residents. The Sheriff's Department says that Tenorio is believed to be the driver, and Hernandez-Ventura was the backseat passenger. The California Highway Patrol is still investigating this crash, but on Sunday, they said they believed alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
