Paso Robles, CA -- Commuters in Paso Robles will see crews break ground on a multi-million dollar project later this year. The road improvements will include a traffic signal on the southbound Highway 101 on ramp at Spring Street. Caltrans believes it's necessary to relieve congestion caused by more traffic entering Highway 101 in the area. The project is expected to cost $6.7 million and take two and a half years to complete.
