San Luis Obispo, CA -- In the days following a reported sexual assault at the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity on May 7, San Luis Obispo Police recorded phone calls between the alleged victim and her suspected attacked, without his knowledge. That is according to information in two warrants filed by the San Luis Obispo Police Department, and reported by the Tribune. Reportedly 23-year-old Joseph Trupiano told officers he had consensual sex with the woman. She, however, says she blacked out that night, and woke up with severe pain she thought was the result of a sexual assault. The report goes on to say that the woman drank a bottle of Jagermeister. Trupiano turned himself into police, but has not been charged with any crime.
