MidState Fair Starts Today!

Today is the first day of the MidState Fair, and the Paso Robles Police Department reminds everyone not to drink and drive. Paso PD is a member of the Avoid the 14 campaign against drunk driving, and throughout the duration of the Fair, they will be cracking down on drunk drivers. Not only will they be looking for drunk drivers, but Paso Police will also be strictly enforcing parking regulations and pedestrian violations. The area surrounding the fairgrounds does get crowded, so law enforcement intends to keep a close eye on everything to make sure everyone who comes to the fair has a safe and enjoyable experience. Don’t forget that if you want to go to the fair, but don’t want to hassle with parking, the there are complimentary busses that start at noon each day and drive down Spring Street. This year’s fair kicks off with a performance from John Mayer and Colbie Cailat tonight.
