Dystiny Myers Murder Trial Underway

Mother and son Rhonda Wisto and Frank York are the defendants. Three others involved in the 2010 murder of 15-year-old Myers have already pleaded guilty and two of those will be testifying against Wisto and York.

Wisto and York are charged with first degree premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder with additional charges of kidnapping and torture.
