Police arrested two people in possession of a stolen vehicle in San Luis Obispo on Sunday afternoon. Police arrested the woman inside the car, identified as 45-year-old April Louise Crosby.. Power Outage Leaves 3,000 Without Power


Yesterday afternoon, more than 3,000 thousand San Luis Obispo city residents didn’t have power for a while. The outage included Costco and Target. The power went off at 4:40. Apparently a tree fell on power liners at  Los Osos Valley Road and Diablo Drive. The power was back on by 5:15.

Woman Suffering From Heat Exhaustion Rescued


A 50-year-old woman hiker suffering from heat exhaustion was rescued from Bishop Peak in San Luis Obispo Thursday afternoon.  Rescue crews say the woman did not have any water on her and was suffering from classic symptoms of heat exhaustion. She was taken to the hospital.
